After a long nap, and due to popular demand, Mr. Moody has returned with his
misanthropic philosphy of the week. I've also reorganized the
archive into one comprehensive index rather than a bunch of messy pages that have to be recompiled and reorganized every year.
I've been tremendously busy of late, which should be a surprise to no one but bears mentioning again given my sparse updates. I'm conducting my first impaired driving trial tomorrow, which I'm extremely excited about. These cases are very technical and complicated, and there's a significant prospect of conviction, but I've been working extremely hard on this case over the past two months and my submissions and questions are complete. I believe in this case, and I know that, win or lose, I have done my very best, and my client could not ask for a more competent advocate. I've even managed to convince my supervisor, an experienced criminal lawyer, that we at least have a shot.
Alright. Back to highlighting case law.
