I'm sorry to say that my world has suddenly been thrown into a high gear, and I'm putting in 10-12 hour days at the Clinic for most of the month. I have a trial scheduled later in February, and although it may very well settle on a great deal I negotiated last week, we won't necessarily know for certain until a couple of days before the trial is supposed to run. Therefore, in the interest of being responsible advocates, we must prepare as though it were certainly going ahead as scheduled in order to be prepared for any eventuality.
